While onlineblindsukltd.com do our best to represent the colour and texture of our blinds as accurately as possible, computer monitors vary significantly in brightness and contrast, so the image should only be treated as a guide. Because all our blinds are custom made, we cannot accept any responsibility for blinds which do not match you décor exactly. If an exact colour match is required, then please request a sample before placing your order as we can only accept returns in cases where we have supplied incorrectly.

Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal colour variations as stated by the manufacturers. In addition to the above considerations regarding colour, we'd like to suggest that you order all of your blinds of a given colour at one time. There are sometimes slight variations between dye lots.

Window Measurements

For both recess and exact mounts the finished measurements of the window treatment are from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail (or in the case of verticals the bottom of the vanes) for the height. The width is from the left edge of the window treatment to the right edge. For both the width and the drop we strongly recommend 3 measurements are taken, for the width at the top, middle and bottom and for the drop at the left, middle and right. Please supply us with the smallest of the 3 measurements for both the width and the drop.

Recess Mount

A recess mount fits within the window frame. On recess mounts specific deductions are taken by the factory for operating clearance. These deductions vary for each product and are only approximate deductions.

Exact Mount

An exact mount overlaps the window opening. Allowances are not taken by the factory on this fitting. This is because you will need to supply us the exact measurements that you would like the window blind to be. This includes adding extra for the width and the drop to clear any trim etc if you so wish.

Payment Options

All products ordered from onlineblindsukltd.com are custom made to your specifications, and all orders are paid for when your order is placed. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch & Maestro for online payments.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Our products are custom made to your exact specifications, and they are not suitable for resale by us, therefore it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to placing your order. We send your order details to the factory and automatically charge your credit card for the total sale price IMMEDIATELY after you complete your online order. Unless there is a delay in placing your order because we need additional information from you, an order received from you for in-stock materials before 3.00 pm will normally begin production within 12 hours.

On extremely rare occasions there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping delays, temporary factory overload, holidays or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a known delay, you will be contacted that day. Onlineblindsukltd.com reserves the right to reject any order, at its discretion.

Discontinued and/or Back-Ordered Items

onlineblindsukltd.com has no control over materials that are discontinued or placed on back-order by the manufacturers. onlineblindsukltd.com will make every effort to remove discontinued items as soon as we are made aware of them and will notify you whenever we receive notice of any back-orders.

Price

You will pay the price shown on our web site for the size and type of blind ordered, plus postage and packing where applicable. The total price will be displayed for confirmation before any funds are taken from your card.

Delivery

Delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days from receiving your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delayed postal service, strikes etc and will always endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. We will deliver the goods to the address you have provided.

VAT

All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Inspection of Merchandise

Please inspect your blinds as soon as you receive them and notify onlineblindsukltd.com immediately of any damages in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. Blinds received damaged will be replaced or repaired free of charge. All blinds purchased from onlineblindsukltd.com have a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing faults.

Do I Need to Buy Hardware or Screws?

All hardware required to fit the blinds is provided.

We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods You have ordered, or for any delay in doing so or for any change of the specified delivery date or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control, including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
