Can I order a sample before I buy?

Yes. Getting exactly the correct fabric, wood or colour for your blinds is extremely important. Samples are free of charge and you can order up to 5 samples in each order. If these do not suit then you can order some more and it is always free of charge. Samples are very easy to order. Simply browse the site and select the type of blind you are looking for e.g. Vertical Blinds. Due to the number of fabrics and colours we offer the next choice will be to select a colour group that covers the colour you are looking for. Once the colour group has been selected all the fabrics that are part of the colour group are displayed. To order samples simply click on the fabric you are interested in. This opens another widow giving more details. Click on the sample button to add this fabric to your samples order. The web site will confirm the sample has been added to your order. To select another sample to add to the order click on a different fabric and then click on the sample button again. When you have selected the samples you require or reached the single order maximum of 5 samples click on the view samples button on the left of the screen. This opens another window asking for your name and address details for where the samples are to be posted. Mandatory details are marked with '*'. When you have completed all the mandatory fields press the 'Submit Order' button and your order will be sent to our samples department. We aim to get samples sent to you in 3-4 working days. If your samples have not arrived in this time period (or this does not answer your question) please contact us at info@onlineblindsukltd.com with a copy of your request and we will arrange for another set of samples to be sent to you.
